Ethafoam (Stratocell or Jiffy) semi rigid packaging foam
STPE200 Ethafoam is a medium density non-cross-linked, expanded polyethylene foam. It is sometimes sold under the trade names Stratocell or Jiffy. Ethafoam generally starts as blocks or planks and then cut to size.
Ethafoam / Stratocell / Jiffy Foam is a non-cross-linked polyethylene foam. It is a very versatile material and a popular choice for many packaging applications due to its lightweight and flexible nature. It provides excellent cushioned protection against persistent shocks in a large variety of applications and is a clean, non-abrasive material.
Available in thicknesses of 5, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50mm in sheets or cut to size.We also produce die-cut foam for bespoke applications.This grade of non cross linked Polyethylene foam is not fire retardant; if you need fire retardant, antistatic or other thicknesses please contact us.
